By using Reputation Bench (“we,” “us,” “our”) services, including wiki creation, reputation management, or content development (“Services”), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Services Overview

• Reputation Bench provides professional services such as wiki page creation, reputation management, and online content support.
• All services are conducted following best practices.
• Final approval or visibility on third-party platforms (e.g., Wikipedia) is not guaranteed.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information.
• You are responsible for reviewing drafts and responding to requests in a timely manner.
• Submitted content must not infringe any copyrights, trademarks, or third-party intellectual property.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

• Payment is required before services commence, unless otherwise agreed.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
• Change of Mind (before work starts): 50% refund applies.
• Change of Mind (after draft or work has begun): 50% refund applies.
• Approved refunds are processed within 45 working days.

4. Project Timeline & Revisions

• Estimated timelines will be provided at the start of the project.
• Delays may occur due to complexity, client responsiveness, or third-party review cycles.
• Revisions are included according to the selected package.
• Additional revisions outside the scope may incur fees.

5. Intellectual Property

• After full payment, clients own the final content created for their project.
• Reputation Bench reserves the right to use non-identifiable excerpts for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Reputation Bench is not liable for third-party platform decisions, including content edits, removal, or rejection.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by client unresponsiveness or inaccurate information.

7. Confidentiality

• Client information and project details are treated as confidential.
• Information will not be shared without consent, except where necessary to provide services or required by law.

8. Amendments

• Reputation Bench reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the service agreement is executed.
• Any disputes will be resolved under the relevant legal forum.
